Percy Jackson: The Last Olympian by: Rick Riordan

The last and final book of Percy Jackson is when the titan lord Kronos arises and with his band of monsters and unclaimed demigods(half-bloods) they march to New York and from there on he will take over the whole entire world. But, there standing in their way is Percy Jackson and his very own band of demigods determined to stop Kronos and his evil plans from getting too out-of-control. Also, there is Percy's friend Thalia who's a hunter under the goddess Artemis and also her fellow hunters also determined to stop Kronos. Before the battle or in other words the war Percy had to bathe in the River of Styx where he will become unvulnerable to any attcks against him just like Kronos had done as well to arise again and set his evil plans in motion.
Then there's Typhon the monster that the gods had sealed away many deccades ago hoping for him to not break the seal. But, Kronos went to Typhon and set him free from his improsonment for so long. After, Typhon is released he slowly makes his way to destroying Olympus because, of what the gods had done to him. While, this is all happening Poseidon is fighting his very own battle under the sea against the titan lord Oceanus. Without, Poseidon's help all the other gods and goddess's up on Olympus fighting hoping to slow Typhon down and with no luck are struggling to fight Typhon back to where he was improsoned for so long. I have to say the Typhon must have had been very pissed when the gods sealed him away. Probably when Typhon was sealed away his anger was building more and more by the time. At the tie down in Manhattan Percy and his army are fighting with all their might against Kronos. While, Kronos and Percy and his friends race to Mount Olympus. Kronos beats them to it. And, he starts to destroy the temples of the greek gods and goddess. Then there Luke wakes up again since, Kronos is only borrowing his body he makes a final choice and kills himself. Since, the titan Lord Kronos is with him. He is once again sent back to Tartarus. Improsoned there again for who knows how long he will stay there.

Boys are Dogs by: Leslie Margolis

This book is about a girl named Annabelle. She and her mom moves into their new humongous house with her mom's new boyfriend Ted. His nickname for Annabelle is Dweeble. As I was saying they move in with Dweeble. When Annabelle gets a pet dog she's half thrilled and half upset because, she really wanted a basketball hoop. Then there's Anabelle's new school. You see Anabelle attends a all-girls elementary school. So, there is boys in the school with her as well and she is not used to that.
As a new welcoming gift her mom and Dweeble get her a dog. A kind of dog that likes to chew up her clothes. Well, at least the puppy comes with a leash and a training manual! On Anabelle's first day to her new school it's a total neightmare for her because, it's so new to her. Even worse a 8th grader tricks her and says to her that her homeroom is a 8th grade spanish class homeroom. Then to make things worse the boys in her homeroom are really mean to her since she's new at the school. The only place for her to escape all of the chaos at school and her mom and Dweeble is with her dog Pepper. Then suddenly she see's that dogs and boys have no difference between each other. Dog's are wild boy's are wild. Are they not/ ( No offense to all you boys out there.). Then the next day. When the boys are talking behind her back she uses the steps in her dog Pepper's manual and uses it on the boy's and it works! For me I was quite surprised and impressed that it actually worked! I actually wanted to see if it actually worked on my little brother and it also worked for my annoying 5-year-old brother.
